TED continues to see steady activity for request for quotes ("RFQs") in the UK for strategic equipment as contracts are slowly released from Network Rail. This steady activity may be attributed to the change in the UK government and its subsequent release of the UK autumn budget last year.

 

Some of these RFQs have translated into orders for TED's innovative designs which we believe will push the rail industry into the 21st century both for Network Rail and for other UK contractors which can only be taken as a positive. We now hope to build on these UK orders going forward and as Network Rail builds up the momentum necessary to upgrade the UK's ageing rail infrastructure.

 

The strategic relationship between Unipart Rail Limited ("Unipart") and TED continues to go from strength to strength. In September 2024, a suite of TED's equipment was exhibited at the world's largest bi-annual rail show, InnoTrans in Berlin, at which 80 positively qualified potential sales leads were generated. We believe that our presence at this show continues to establish TED's standing to the rest of the world.

 

5 of the 9 at "proposal" have been delivered so for in the last 2mths , which leaves 4 more to be announced within in the next few week/month. There are 91 other leads which as Kingh suggests may feed into the visibility for 2026 and beyond. On top of this are the 16 "active contracts

Importantly the average contract size under PS leadership is not only growing but becoming more regular

PYC have won nearly £400,000 in the last2mths alone, against a matketcap of only £1.2mln

Other companies are being valued at x 20 to x50 revenues on AIM in the A.I space

So, recently , we've had our 3rd peer review published in world renowned science journal, a fifth contract in just 2 months and more to come

however I think a lot of people will be caught offside with this as it only take one piece of News to completely rerate this into the 15-20 million MC it should be - this has happened on numerous shares over the past months / weeks....

There are numerous companies in our sector which have zero revenue - with significant losses into the multi millions, some have one potential assets which are 10-20 times the MC of PYC

PYC has multiple assets and multiple revenue streams and the personalised dossing tool could be worth multi millions alone

Eg yesterday a buy from myself was put through at 0.4p (bid ) today the buys were shown as blue for first hour then red ever since at 0.408 to 0.415

Full year revs if hit will be 30% increase on 2024
