Buyout firm Triton prepares £1.5bn sale of infrastructure services group OCU

The private equity backer of OCU Group, a regulated infrastructure services provider, is preparing to put the business up for sale with a price tag of at least £1.5bn.

Sky News understands that Triton is close to appointing investment bankers to work on an auction of the business, which it bought about three-and-a-half years ago.
