Large seller appeared with an amount to sell. (Probably Mike Lynch imo.

Their brokers and market makers have been trying to get through that amount over the last 8 days (From 420p on 10th Feb) hence the drops in share price and lack of rebound when others have been doing so.

One large chunk left to shift of 12 million shares (£38M) Contract announcement news yesterday plus prevailing share price made it appealing.

One or more buyers, happy to pay 124p for the 12 million shares are matched with the seller for the remaining amount. Seller and Buyer(s) get matched in the Uncrossing auction resulting in the Uncrossing matched trade.

T+3 days for TR1 notifications - not including the weekend - so hopefully we might all be a bit wiser by Wednesday close, if not before.

The larger nature of the trade and rise into the close is probably indicative that it was the last amount and the seller has cleared.

Not distracting from todays great contract news, the third in as many weeks.

Pearls the share price was at 420p on the 11th February. That is only 1 week and 1 day ago.

There have clearly been events going on outwith the gaze of normal market hours, for several of those days I have been pointing out the "afters". Tonight's Uncrossing trade looks like it is the culmination of this and remember it is a BOTH a matched Sell AND A BUY at an agreed price for both. So those shares being sold have all been bought. I think seller cleared now due as the market makers were quite happy to lift the share price back up in the last 10 minutes into the close. Maybe 2 RNS's next week, seller and buyer.

Unfortunate timing by KKR buying 4 Million @ circa 407p only a couple fo weeks back for I am sure they would have preferred to get their hands on the same amount or more for 324p instead. Saying that they could just as easily have been a purchaser today.

Hopefully selling cloud now removed we can get back on an upward path to 407p and a good set of results.

Been waiting for some large trades to emerge all day today. Yes the UT is both a matched Sell and Buy, not necessarily a swap though. Biggest UT though that I have seen.

Last few days there have been more trades, and the many larger ones popping up in the "afters", some days totalling more that the full days market hours trading.

Educated guess that we might see 2 RNS's next week. Seller cleared and the other being the recipient.

No idea who you are talking about Kick and this is a public bulletin and i post in that knowledge. Not in the slightest intimidated by any bulletin board or individual. Well seasoned off the CINE bb over many months and many many others which will probably make the BOO or THG boards look tame.

Looked like the market makers moving the the price to suit in the latter part of this afternoon with small market making codes accompanied by small AT trades in between.

Under 2.5 million actually "showing" as the traded volume so it'll be interesting to see what's been happening behind the scenes later, given todays excellent contract news.

Why should it fall "with it" jedi. The company is insulated from anything in Russia or Ukraine as you will get to find out when next updates come out.

Pop down the high street or into your local shopping centre this weekend, next week, next month, or check out the Australian side of the business and you will find all the shops open and selling cards, gift wrap and all other manner of accoutriments.

HKK, the 24 hour news channel I am watching is stating Putin is meeting the Belarus president with Putin stating that Russia and Belarus are conducting joint operations this weekend which are set to end on Sunday. Lets see what comes happens afterwards with world leaders all meeting in Munich.

Though the situation is affecting wider market sentiment one way then the other whatever happens in Ukraine, either way it doesn't affect DARK's ongoing business - as todays news release quite clearly shows.

I think it's a problem of the market makers own making.

They should never have taken it under 7p.

Could just as easily be 8p, 9p or 12p at the moment but we are where we are until next news.

Nice update Peacepipe and thanks for sharing. It's a shame the company doesn't blog these type of updates on the Investor Relations side of their website.

The real encouraging bits are on the swift switching of supply to Turkey. That should alleviate a lot of the supply chain problems, particularly for Europe, including the UK. Also the update on the Distribution Centre is very heartening and the fact it is already in place.

The main source of Joules woes, Omicron is dwindling and diminishing by the day. Restrictions are all but gone and I believe there may be a Policy statement coming from the PM on Monday on this. HGV driver crisis back end of last year resolved now with training and recruitment. Port delays seem to have gone also and are no longer newsworthy. Price increases should assist with inflationary pressures, as will the cost cutting measures mentioned in the RNS.

happy with the progress being made and it's in my ISA for the bigger percentage gains on back to a fully functioning business that is or indeed has overcome its problems.

I have to admit I read some comments on here the other day talking about the batman movies being dark. Jeez !!
