I don't think it will matter come 3rd March as the falls will in all probability have to be given back given the contracts we are getting to hear about. It was over 100 points last time.

Odey in reality knows no more than you or I on what the results will bring and I can't personally see any of the the BoD sharing answering any of calls. Is it merely a means to end just to sink the price prior to results to buy up stock.

Bit miffed to see the decline this morning probably off wider market sentiment. Uk and Australian based as opposed to Russia and Ukraine so such world events should in reality have no impact here to profit and loss. The Chairman recently bought 200,000 shares at 56p so that'll do for me.

Gotta say it's god when they drop the price that the company always has one of these rabbits out the hat RNS's to resurrect things. Shows they are doing brisk business. Thats three of these in about a month. Also keeps us in tune for what to expect when they publish their results and outlook. Happy to be surprised on the next one.

You can never legislate for bad market days deepjoy but they do offer up opportunities in many shares.

DARK seems to have been hit more hard than most off any changing market sentiment to the Russia / Ukraine. But we are not based in either country and I am not aware of either providing us with significant business.

Bad market days one day can similarly turn into good market days and with similar rebound potential.

The morale isn't low deepjoy. Dyor and read the last trading update and the RNS's since and combine with the news section on the company website.

Those who never acknowledge or have a good word to say about any of the good news DARK is delivering you will probably find will all be share holders on the 2nd March, the day prior to results.

If they wish to short it on the 3rd March, then I wish them good luck. Last update caused a share price jump of over 100 points, to its high on the day.

At 50p a point I'm not surprised.

Not wishing any adversity on Ukraine but the best thing that in theory could happen here is either Mr Putin crosses into Ukraine or he shows defined pullback in troops.

Why?

Because if it takes that for the market to then wake up to the fact DARK are not based in either country, nor do significant business there either, then so be it.

Today all the DARK staff will either be in work already, just arriving for work or remote working - and dealing with the increased risk of cyber attacks, ransomeware and denial of service that faces the corporate world. Same as yesterday, last week, last month etc.

sheltie, you apparently don't short and you seemingly don't hold so what exactly is your purpose here loitering over the bulletin board all day. Are you here just as a "told you so"

They haven't got any offices in either Russia or Ukraine so the business will remain fully operational regardless.

Exact same company as when KKR paid @407p only a couple of weeks back.
