Directors Dealings27 Oct 2020 10:48
It might also be worth pointing out that at two points on the recent falls the Directors themselves have been buyers of their own shares and in not insignificant amounts and at much higher share prices.
There were 4 purchases 0n 07/09 at £5.40 per share
Then a further 6 purchases at between £2.74 and £3.73 per share on 21/9.
These were accompanied by a “No known reason for the fall” RNS and a good and improving Covid19 trading update.
This statement also accompanied some of the purchases.
"These share purchases demonstrate the confidence that Network International directors have in the long-term growth prospects of the Company, and follow several recent transactions that have seen management increase their overall shareholding."

We seem to be the subject of some pretty blatant manipulation here and you either believe the Board of Directors and trading statements or you don't.
Our new 5.63% shareholder seems to be siding with the Board of Directors.
