Can you just clarify what your level of investor knowledge is and where you get your information from? You are coming across as clearly amateurish and I have it that you clearly don't have a clue?

You do realise that Warrants are similar in a way but entirely different to Options over shares. They are normally attached to other shares and entitle you to either free shares or the opportunity to buy them normally at a stated price.

I'd close your short first thing in the morning and pop along to the post office and maybe buy some premium bonds.

Options are a share incentive plan for Directors and normally kinked to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Miss one and you don't get rewarded. Already explained but just for you here it is again.

If you don't understand Directors options this is probably an easy explain.

The contradiction in terms is actually that you have posters on here tonight who cannot think through things logically.

Some are actually punting that TB has exercised his options and parted with money and increased his holding to immediately sell, when in actual fact he could have sold any of a 20.6% holding from £1.20 and even £1 down from the Test results RNS.

It makes completely no sense.

So many motivations on here tonight from disgruntled RMS holders through to derampers and spammers.

He is supporting the share he already had 20.6% in by taking that to 25.55% and having paid his own money.

If you want to make better use of your time then I would suggest finding the price at which he could exercise his options. 1.2 Million is a relatively sizeable amount so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

If Trevor was in this for profit then he could have sold any of his pre-existing 20.6% holding at any point from £1.00 downwards.

He didn't he actually exercised his options and paid monies to Braveheart for that purpose (at what was the agreed options price)

Very interesting indeed to see that the CEO Trevor Brown who is already a significant investor and who was holding shares in 20.6% of the company prior to tonight, and contrary to all the noise on here yesterday and today, didn't sell one share when he could have done so. So from £1.00 downwards it isn't TB who has sold a beans worth.

Instead he has actually elected to exercise his options and has added a sizeable 1.2 Million shares to his holding and thereby to increase that holding to 25.55%.

In order to exercise that privilege he has had to pay to Braveheart the company whatever the strike price was for the option.

So he could have sold any of his 20.6% prior holding at any point from £1.20 down and he hasn't.

Instead, he has actually parted with his own money to increase his holding by taking up his options and thereby increase his holding to 25.5%.

He is backing the company and the results which were just announced with his own money.

If you don't understand holdings and what Directors options are about then you should stick to investment accounts with High Street Banks with 0.1% interest rates.
