Why do we think He1 are being very tight lipped with news flow, the way I see it is they are very confident in what they are doing, and as confident as they can be in getting a discovery.

I would be more suspicious if there was loads of spin coming from the company going into Tai3.

Wow, that was the longest July ever......We are now at last in August and we know what that means, news on the way very very soon.

It's been a long time coming. I'm excited and definitely not ramping.

Onwards and Upwards.

When ever you get a small aim company with massive potential, it's inevitable that your always going to attract rampers and trolls to their BB.

The last 18 months have been very trying for He1 to source the correct rig .

We now actually own a rig, this is a game changer and we have a right to be excited as shareholders,(not ramping) like myself who believe and passionate about the company going forward.

I must say that Ian Stalker is an honourable man, he said at the AGM in Feb that O&G wasn't his expertise, to which I'm a little suprised that no one actually commented about on this board, but now he's stepped down and brought it in the open again.

He also said at the AGM that "dilution is toxic "which means a lot to all serious shareholders.

Onwards and Upwards.

This imo is the best time for Ian Stalker to step down, not just for him but also for the company. No, I didn't expect this but it makes perfect sense with what's to come.

Every thing is about timing. Just imagine if Ian left when the sentiment for He1 was lower?

Ian has done tremendous work with his expertise to get He1 where they are today.

This is the second surprise He1 have announced in the last three weeks, expect a third announcement very soon, now this announcement is out of the way.

Been watching this share for the last few weeks, currently not invested but wow this share certainly is a quick mover ,that is either up or down and can usually be double digit move.

Lots of money can be made on this if your on the right side of the move.

Could this be third time in August be lucky for He1.

August 2021.

Share price whilst during the maiden drill the share price reached 28p (06/08/21) dropping to 8.52p (26/08/21) due to a failure because a mineral rig was used and not suitable.

August 2022 ( onwards)

Various attempts at finding a suitable rig company to drill, a one hole to come on board but share price holding fairly steady in the range of 7.4p to 8.0p for 08/22.

August 2023.

He1 now own their own rig , all the preparation for the next drill is close to being finalised with announcements coming soon with spud close in Q3.

Share price going into August 9p+.

This will probably be one of the most exciting times in He1's history.

Exiting times ahead.

August 2022 was a complete damp squib with nothing materialising,

..................12 months on and now He1 are now almost ready to deliver in what us shareholders have been waiting for.

Hopefully it will be more than well worth waiting for.

Gogs, that is a very good point,

We are not just looking at the concrete slab as a drill pad,..........but it could also have a dual purpose and could also be the foundations of the new modular Helium plant when discovery is finally confirmed.

Tomorrow is the last Friday in July, it will start to get very interesting any time soon, possibly starting tomorrow with FOMO and then with PR which should start next week.

Interesting times for all holders.

Even Ian Stalker said in the last AGM that dilution is toxic.

This management have the experience required to get this over the line and know what they are doing .

Lorna is certainly playing her cards close to her chest,from a companies perspective this is defenatly the best way forward at this moment in time with so much at stake. Certainly a better approach than before the last drill with all the hype.

We can all be assured that the company are now moving in the right direction especially after the rig announcement, also with the civils and drill pad which must be close to completion now.

The next stage for us shareholders is easy , ignore the daily share price, top up if you can at these prices ,then, Chill, chill ,chill before we start to drill, drill, drill.

Simple.

At this moment in time, lets put all the ducks lined up which in it iself is brilliant to one side for now,.....

lets now focus on a different phenomenon called, the Positive Black Swan Effect" and it could be just around the corner for He1.

In a few months time we could all be thinking, with hindsight this was so obvious, but I will leave it there for now...........
