Enormous deal with SPA signed and sealed. Don’t think I’ve come across such a deal before on LSE where RTO is so gigantic…mean you can shares @ 45p when this is still a SMALL fraction of the deal here which equates to £3/share! Last year SP rose to 50p on a £30m deal which later collapsed, but how can £30m RTO be valued same as £1BN pound deal…!

Assets like this only a handful in the world…news is spreading and more overnight and tomorrow…especially the SP is like 1/8th of the deal at 50p (£3/share)…not for long though!

They can’t buy it for beer lol…they’re not going into admin they will raise….they are on verge of submission to FDA, so next funding will take care of this. After this any parties interested will have to pay premium to SP as the SP will re-rate…eg look at IMM!

IF a bid is made then highly likely there will be a bidding war…GDR have world class products, tried and tested and ready for FDA submission….for large pharma this will be peanuts and a major scoop!

For J&J loose change for them to buy out GDR, but rewards are far greater with world class products with decades of research and development already done!
