‘Mine ready’

The CS Project is "mine-ready" with key operating permits already in place covering 14.5 million tons of natural pozzolan and 1.3 million tons of perlite. An additional area, the Northeast Zone, presents a large additional target with surface dimensions of 1.3km by 0.6km with a drilled thickness of over 40m from surface.

The CS Project natural pozzolan is a supplementary cementitious material ("SCM"), a partial substitute for Portland cement in the production of green cements and concrete.

The Company wishes to advise that, as part of ongoing discussions with potential customers, the Company has now provided a truckload sample, approximately 25 tons of CS natural pozzolan, to a potentially large customer for testing and market trials. Further information will be provided should this result in a material agreement.

Commenting today, Executive Chairman, Patrick Cheetham said:

"We are now starting to see some momentum building in the supplementary cementitious materials space. This was led by Eco Material Technologies' investment in the Kirkland natural pozzolan mine in Arizona, followed by the acquisition of the Geofortis' natural pozzolan operation in Utah by Ash Grove Cement and most recently by the US$2.1 billion acquisition of Eco Material Technologies by global buildings material group, CRH.

"I think these transactions underline that this is the right time to be involved in the natural pozzolan business and we are now seeing increased retail investor speculation in this space as highlighted by the recent steep rise in the share price of LSE-listed Atlas Metals Group, which recently announced a proposed £1 billion acquisition of an Australian pozzolan project."

Sooner or later this had to re-rate, MMs clearly holding this back but for how long …RTO values this at ~£3/share with SPA already signed and sealed!

Are fully funded also have $550k from recent sale of Gold Ridge project. Its all good let the MMs flush them out, just makes for a more sustained rise going forward…this will re-rate big when allowed to!

Remember HAMA, MMs wacked it down like this for no reason, then near x3 bags in a few days…this is even bigger story as its tiny fraction (1/8) only of RTO / SPA signed…not many bigger discounts than this on LSE, RTO valued at £3/share!

Can’t believe it guys, so many dips by greedy MMs flushing hard again, and panicking traders/bed-wetters into selling on Friday afternoon….bargain bought as much as I could!

Just for the sake put it out there…play the placing card lol. Unfortunately they don’t have authority and the RTO is all-share deal so no cash required! Also they have cash as they’ve just recently sold Gold Ridge project recently for $550k all cash deal..dyor!

Stopping so low now to get shares…unreal within minutes of 38p they’ve taken this right down to under 28p! Now this is manipulation at its best only on LSE…RTO SPA signed for £3/share but LSE is letting you buy at 28p!

MMs still fishing hard for shares…don’t blame them being Fri, weak holders easily flushed out. Its unbelievable when you consider the gigantic RTO deal struck on valuing this at ~£3/share…but if someone wants to sell at 30p then MMs happy to gull up them all!

Have to reduce that cash burn massively, mean how much can they raise @£0.00015 and then how long will this last?

Think GM on Monday and should be passed, but the key issue is placing and at what discount. So until we know this there is not much going to happen. Mon key day..
