Trouble is this vote is at high risk of being voted down, investor confidence is ultra low with so far money being thrown down in an open pit with no return in sight.

Levy had a substantial stake here, so he is backing himself. Not his biggest fan but at least unlike majority of CEOs he’s actually put his one’s in. We should get an update here soon as it’s overdue.
