Bottom line is it’s a senseless delisting, sale yes delisting NO. It’s a no brainer to any investor, no matter how green an investor. Such look at all the uncertainty here, just wholly baffled by the conduct of CEO..appalling!

Hopefully a resounding NO, leaving CEO position untenable and his resignation. It would serve him right, after trying such a senseless stunt!

If this isn’t a resounding rejection then one must really worry about investing in London Stock markets. No idea of the actual deal, uncertainties galore, inept CEO and no visibility of timings on return! It will be disaster!

It’s clear now they raised to conclude the drilling / updated CPR - see RNS extract below. So for doubters why would you do this? Agree RNS not well written, but all hints are there!

Further to the Company's announcement on 28 November 2025, the Company has recently engaged SLR Consulting Australia Pty Ltd ("SLR"), to conduct a confirmatory drilling campaign, commencing on Lots 7 and 8 at the Yammacoona Sand Quarry in New South Wales, Australia, with the intention of proving a measured resource. Further drilling on Lot 5 may be initiated based on the initial results of Lots 7 and 8. Atlas Metals is expecting SLR to complete the drilling activity in early 2026 in order to provide an updated Competent Person's Report ("CPR"), which is expected to include certain JORC resources being upgraded from the inferred to measured category, prior to the completion of the Proposed Acquisition.
