LONDON, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Nickel prices have been on an explosive rally as the market bets that Indonesia, the world's largest producer of the battery metal, will hit the brakes on its runaway output growth.

London Metal Exchange (LME) three-month metal has motored higher from a mid-December low of $14,235 per metric ton to a January 14 peak of $18,905, a level last traded in 2022.

What you have to remember is this is a major investor in TRLS already today with a 25% stake, he is not p&d investor! So has a vested in the business, will bank roll more if required as he certainly is backing the business big time!

IMM very good example, once funding done there is major re-rate…nobody puts £5M into a fledging business, and here it’s the major shareholder who already holds 25% stake in the business. All very postive and interesting days ahead!
