For the avoidance of doubt, the new, automated, administrative mandate, within the MinerbaOne system (effective from January 20, 2026), and decreed by Indonesia's Director General of Minerals and Coal, effectively imposes a forced, bureaucratic countdown that eliminates indefinite delays.

The announcement was made yesterday (Saturday, January 24, 2026) during the Indonesia Weekend Miner event held at Plataran Hutan Kota, South Jakarta. The event featured key industry stakeholders and focused on sustainable, competitive mining and downstreaming strategies.
