New CEO, has a small chance and is possible but court extension will be the key.

Also why CEO not confirmed % of shareholders who have rejected the proposal to issue more confetti? Suspect it’s a big number and didn’t want to reveal so not to hamper EGM voting on 28th..!

Best way is if they can get extension from the court, and then start delivering and winning new contract to pay-off. Shareholders no longer backing this CEO with further dilution…it’s come to head now enough!

Agree they said max 2 weeks, so this is now or soon. CEO always says doesn’t like issuing RNSs until has concrete news so market will know first before we do!

CEO is smart but bad error in judgment and timing of his intention to delist and spook lenders into due diligence , hopefully be man enough and intelligent enough to see mistake and revert this idea. This will appease lenders/II everyone.
