If lender does not honour the funding agreement, then no company will ever want to borrow from them. So it’s about reputation/credibility/honour. So it’s very demaging to them as an II and future business.

They did say 19th March IIs are doing due diligence and be done in 2 weeks. This should now be complete, so expecting RNS of this complete and transfer of funds…as per the agreement.

James too hasty to announce intention to de-list soon after this agreement was a massive error. This surely had the IIs worried and hence due diligence announced. Should DROP de-listing ideas fast and restore the BoD and bring confidence back!

Let’s hope…It’s the calm before a mega storm. Dermapers out galore, hopefully CEO James Short will relive the goods this time!

Think you can interpret into April meaning continued support? They did say they have continued support from creditors, so let’s see what happens. Suspect creditors know the funding has already been agreed so no need to take any drastic action..so willing to support. Dyor as its very high risk!

Actually don’t understand why James Short proposed de-listing, many of the BoD not happy and have resigned. In his podcast just a few months ago he was emphasising how hard it was to get AIM listing and the regulatory hoops one has to get through…but to then propose a delisting a few months later… is kind of contradictory!

Surely news update imminent. Could well be lenders not happy with de-listing proposal so soon after funding agreement. Think James will be big enough to listen and drop the idea!
