BoD have no authority so CANNOT allow any CLN conversion..so there is no issue of shares or conversion yet, only bed wetters / MMs artificial drop here to drop SP today AM. Requires shareholder approval first!

RNS extract: The Board of the Company currently has limited authority to allot new Ordinary Shares and to grant rights to subscribe for or convert securities into new Ordinary Shares. As such, the issue of the Loan Notes and grant of the Warrants is conditional on approval of certain resolutions at a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be held on 12 May 2025. A circular containing a notice convening the General Meeting is expected to be sent to shareholders shortly and a further announcement will be made by the Company to confirm this.

You read this right…1.02p/sh…we currently sat at 0.077. But surely not for long as market slowly wakes up to this extraordinary news for this tiddler!

Disagree, the Q2 drill guidance was an aspiration subject to funding which was never in place….SP has been on its knees so market never factored in drill in Q2. As the the CLNs it had to be done to secure funding, it’s all about how CEO manages them is the key!

The more you read the RNS the better it is every time. This SP drop surely can’t sustain itself, the news is monumental for this company, farm-in/finding/3 x New II Onboard/Rig Shortly/Drilling in 3 months…it’s all finally coming together…many years in the making. But somehow SP is marked down…can’t explain it!

Never seen a share manipulated down like this from 14p to 0.7p without any bad news….significant manipulation but CEO still stays quiet. Looks like out of his depth…Mr Elena Law must now step in and take over the reins…before this CEO destroys what’s left here!

Nope…cannot do placing as they don’t have authority. That’s why GM was held but shareholders rejected authority to issue more shares. But CEO arranged another EGM on 28th to force through else wind-down warning by CEO!

Highly unlikely…no deramp, read the previous RNS! Shareholders already rejected a raise, no confidence in CEO. But Levy arranged another EGM days before court date to force through vote. Can’t see why shareholders would vote again for more confetti, either Levy walks or stumps up cash from his own pocket…!

You need to do some research on the BoD here, CEO has been misleading investors for years now, he’s on his last legs as investors rejected placing a few weeks ago…he has arranged another one on the 28th trying to force through this…shareholders will highly likely reject again!
