Why is CEO taking salary of £447k when company is short on funds…surely at the least deferring salary until he sorts funding.

See what I mean…in seconds MMs dropped this back right down. Can’t put it on traders, if it’s them then why on earth are MMs allowing it…they do it on other shares where they don’t drop it on just a few sells!

Many buys at 1.68, then they shut out buyers with NT to attract sells, then a few bed wetters then just wack it down on every measley sell….all these existing MMs need either sacking/re-trained so are running stocks like a casino stock!

What on earth, sudden spike then NT sudden drop then NT…like this now for a week. Playing this like casino, MMs need to grow up lol

They have £2.7m cash and zero debt…so why Mr CEO you not deferring salaries and halting cash burn until secure funding…with £2.7m cash this would then last many months, also with zero debt, they should easily be able get a loan if required? What am I missing???

As at 31 March 2025, the Company's cash balance stood at £2.7 million and the monthly gross cash burn is between £650,000-£675,000.

Probably looked at the books, realised this is running out of cash soon…keep talking and delay so that they can’t raise, then walk away when near cash depletion - so admin only option and then pick up for peanuts from administrators! Know it sounds unethical and divisive.,..but it all sounds very suspicious to me.

Agree happening too many times now, companies in talks obviously takes at least several months. If company need money they hold off as long as possible as talks ongoing, snd then these parties just walk away..charge them money during talks to cover expenses and more if their due diligence extends beyond say a few months!

Anybody know who this party might have been, if they’ve been talking for past 4 months and it was advanced then, why they ceased? Also if they couldn’t agree then, would they be interested now that the SP is under 0.1?

‘Sort out funding’ that’s exactly the point and where the resemblance is. RTOP was waiting for funding from AZ, it got delayed and delayed..his mate Albert decided to suspend himself. Funding AZ said was imminent only minor delay expected….thats how they mislead you. Now nearly a year on…they’ve delisted this and shafted all shareholders!

Read my post properly lol…not invested here. Only reason I’m posting here is to give you a perspective from RTOP where I was invested. Resemblance is same BoD there and similar situation last June when they promised to come back after short ‘temp’ suspension…what they did after is no update for months and then delisted stock whilst suspended…also they promised shareholders a way to sell stock, but 4 months on no news / update….like disappeared in the sunset!

Basically shafted shareholders with no comms….so dyor as this is being suspended tomorrow…just don’t want you guys (if possible to get out with something as you may never see these trading again) to suffer the same fate. Otherwise it’s your money your call!

Agree, they call it temporary suspension but many never return…at least with this CEO you have a track record of false promises, then keeping you in the dark and disappearing in the sunset with delisting…same CEO and Chairman / AZ founder as RTOP…so they have already shown their metal in how they work!
