Over 2 weeks now and placing out of the way, now it’s enough time to start delivering. Starting with solid update and name change for a start.

Don’t know if investors have noticed, but they still haven’t published their Final Results ending 31st Dec. Do they not have deadline of end of April, or is it end of May?

This could now do with BoD updating the market, MMs manipulating this stock like crazy constantly. Investors getting flushed especially those with stop losses.

By the way company cash balance as at 31 December 2024 was £4.8 million and anticipated cost base for 2025 was approximately £8 million. So is shear negligence from CEO do not take cost cutting exercise…this should have first been deferred salary / reduction in cash burn. This anybody with business intelligence, would have done!

Can think of many, but here are some truly outrageous conduct from the CEO where he has been negligent:

- Did not inform market of ‘initial talks’ with party

- Did not announce to market in ‘advanced talks’

- Did not inform market in advance of funding issue - to announce

- Company has ZERO debt so who are the creditors, if trade creditors why can’t they support / derferred payment?

- Why CEO taking salary when he knows funding issues / revenue will be low since Dec?

- Why CEO not reduce spending / cash burn since Dec again when he knows they have insufficient funds?

It appears CEO wants this to go into admin and is looking to buy company on the cheap..sufficient salary to buy this from Administrators? Can see a valid legal case against CEO if he takes this to admin…FCA note!

Taking big salary when revenue is near equal to his salary…should announce deferral of salary and reduce cash burn for a start, should have done this many months ago.

Doubt anyone would employ this CEO again after the way he has cleaned the coffers when revenue is so little…reputation is surely in tatters!

With all the talk about CEO salary whilst valid, do think this party in talks and then into advanced talks and then ceasing…is the real reason why company not raised funding, surely wouldn’t have left it this late even by this CEO standards…?

Enet…that’s placing is just to pay the creditors but no money for working capital so will need to raise again soon. At least MIRI has £2.7m cash!
