At the AGM, the Company will seek shareholder approval to, amongst other things, amend its articles of association to include the requirements set out in the UK Listing Rules (″UKLRs″) for companies listed in the Equity Shares (Shell Companies) Category of the Official List maintained by the FCA, including, amongst other things, a new article requiring the Company to cease operations if it does not complete an Initial Transaction (as defined in the UKLRs) within two years of 30 July 2025, unless shareholder approval is obtained to extend the time period to complete the transaction up to a maximum of 3 12-month extensions and subject to certain conditions, a further 6 months.

Missed this 19 Aug RNS - Similar to ICON here they are also proposing change to UKLRs giving them 2 years plus extensions to make an initial transaction…recently ICON is only proposing 1yr and their SP rose some 100%…

Already getting harder to buy any decent volume, soon MMs will be seeking premium.

They’re ain’t delaying RNS…for PIs to take positions lol According to drilling timescales so far, 50m would easily have been drilled by now but then time to write up the RNS with all technical details and then its checking - which is probably what they are doing right now!

‘Bubbling’ lol…700m drilled on Mon morning, two full days…to get to 750m TD…this would have been hit by now. Likely RNS being written up and further update on findings imminent.
