Further to the announcement made on 4 June 2025, the Company further announces that it has executed an amendment and restatement deed to the convertible loan note instrument dated 4 June 2025 to constitute up to £500,000 8% unsecured convertible loan notes, to be issued to NE10 Vodka Ltd ("NE10") ("CLNs").

This amendment reflects an increase from £300,000 CLNs to £500,000 CLNs to be issued to NE10 following an agreement by NE10 to extend the loan provided to the Company from £300,000, as announced on 3 April 2025, to £500,000.

Now ask yourself why would they go through the pain of bringing this out of suspension by bankrolling this with £1/2m, if they didn’t have something planned!

Proof is in the pudding…NE10 are bank-rolling this, if you can’t see this then you shouldn’t be investing fella!

Anybody get live quote to buy? Seems MMs not letting any buys through at the moment only flushing to load cheap shares..

"The FAU shares are subject to a voluntary six month lock in as Hamak Gold sees the accretive value of the shares if the drilling and exploration programme at Nimba are successful, as we fully expect.

Before placing this hut 0.15p, placing at 0.8p, SP rises to 0.14..now down 20% from placing price…what is going on?

Remember Defense Holdings…was being played exactly this way by MMs, then they release couple of buys and wack up ask…before you think it’s wacked up another 10-20%….started 0.03 then 0.05, 0.07….ended up around x25 bags to 0.7p! Harsh lesson so remember it well
