Does anyone know why they don't host the AGM at their own factory?.

They did the investor and demo days there, it must be expensive to host such an event at Brooklands Hotel.

I am being a realist.

Unless I have missed anything?.

They will build up to 15*30KVA generators this financial year.

Will they sell or see any revenue from that activity this year?.

They have a mysterious S&P500 partner who cant decide what they actually want, 4TPD or 10-20TPD of H2?.

Until they decide that will they be financing any AFC activity?. Doubt it.

Komatsu R&D work might be invoiceable some of it this year.

Some H2 produced from Dunsford site, not sure on utilisation or demand from that activity or what revue will be?.

Have i missed anything impactful from this financial year?.

This is shaping up to be one of my worst investments.

Note to self:

Don't listen to any ludicrous claims about a companies greatness, look at the revenue and confirmed order book.

Everything else is meaningless.

Am I to understand that we have an exclusive agreement for the UK market with Speedy Hire for FC Generators?.

It now looks like SH business is in the toilet, where ten does it leave AFC and the JV?.

Dare I say things have gone from bad to worse.

I am seriously beginning to question if this partnership actual now exists, or has it just fizzled out like many before and we are not being told?.

Who says the order boos are filling up?.

Wouldnt we have been told that through an RNS?.

At this time they are planning to build 15 units, even that is a speculative number its likely the minimum production run doesnt mean they can place 15 units at customer sites.

Please stick to facts that can be evidenced.

This is a public company, there will have been no privileged information shared last night other than what we already know.

The cash on hand as of 31st Jan was £20.4M not £25M as you have quoted.

They have likely already burned several more million by now.

Why would HY5's and LC30's be "running off the production line" if they havn't yet got any confirmed orders..

As the mysterious JV partner was announced in Jun-2025 along with a commitment to cover some of the development costs.

In the 4 months following that announcement there was no payment made to AFC by the mystery partner.

Why now do you think AFC are being paid for any work, when they are still trying to decide what size products they might want developing?.

My posts have a negative bias as the activity and news from AFC have been negative.

Case in point they plan to build (as of today) 15 generators at best this fiscal year, will they get paid for them within this year?. Who knows?.

Their S&P partner has now moved the goalpost again as is dithering about what they actual want, still no signed agreement, which without that they may not be covering any development costs. They may just walk away?.

On the bright side Komatsu have commissioned some study work on viability for small crackers in ICE engines for $2M over the next say 12 months, so maybe 50% of that may be payable in 2026 accounts.

Everyone to their own as you say, that's the way I see it, and yes I own my decision to see this as a poor investment atm and will exit at the next pump opportunity.

If they ever do get around to announcing the S&P company name, I am out of here.

It usually precedes a fund raise where they are looking for new investors as the current ones are unlikely to stump up again.

I know we have been told they dont plan a raise but are they ever likely to tell us they are?.
