From what we know revenue for H1 will be close to zero, we havn't sold anything have we?.

Cash burn we know is @£1M/month, development costs on cracker and 30kWFC's are an unknown.

Do you know why we are not being reimbursed development costs by the Phantom S&P Partner?.

If we have an agreement in place why are we not being reimbursed for development costs then?.

The whole JDA situation needs clarifying for ALL investors, after 12 months that's not too much to ask.

Its all starting to smell a little fishy.

Remember we dont have a JDA yet.

So they are not obliged to pay anything.

It was an uncomfortable question for JW to answer and was at the very end of the Q&A.

I can confirm the question was asked at the AGM.

A... They are paying no costs towards development of cracker.

That contradicts what we were told previously and to my mind shows little to no commitment from them.

Face it we have been fed so much BS by this company in the past.

Credibility can only be earned by delivering on promises and committments.

We were told that the S&P company would be funding cracker development, we now know they are not(from AGM Q&A).

After 12 months with no commitment financial or otherwise the mystery S&P partner needs to pee or get off the pot.

It should remind us of what a "slippery one" actually sounds like..

--What AFC actually said:

-the partner is a global industrial S&P 500 company

-the agreement covers development of small- to large-scale ammonia crackers

-AFC’s development costs would be reimbursed

-AFC expected “material revenues” from 2027 onward

-the partner’s identity remained confidential

How much of that is now factual OR has changed.

**It was revealed during the AGM that no costs are being paid by the mystery partner.

As the original announcement was seen as price sensitive hence RNS,

IF there has been material changes like now not being paid should the market have been advised officially?.

So HPOW is suitable for customers that can wait a few years.

And have a very remote application.

Looks like Delta have a home market in Taiwan to supply with SOFC.

Demand for chip fabs and DC's is challenging grid capacity, TaiPower have historically struggled to keep up with demand.

Just another clue for how big Ceres addressable market could be.

Delta is up 7% on the day and 30% over the past 7 days.

Something is cooking.

There could be another take down in the price today, MM's doing what they can to replenish their shares before the next big news event.
