I'm afraid our friend Woolworth is quite typical of the type of poster who often appear on a share which is unloved, at support, maybe with the pressure of a seller as well.

Always the same modus operandi - Oh dear I'm down on this share, I hope I get my money back some day but I can't see it going up, I think it will drop more, is there a placing? etc etc Always picking some obscure negative and ignoring any positives there may be.

In the case of our resident case, he/she has so frequently posted incorrect information to perpetuate the 'downside' that a number of posts have been removed. It gives me comfort that someone so assiduously looking for negatives can only come up with the state of the British economy, and whether or not 2021 profitability hinges on whether or not the new NED gets a company car.

Being an institution, I think Jupiter only has to notify under 5% which they've already done, so I don't expect any more disclosures from them

But that's a positive predication, I'm afraid that on this board we only talk about downside risk, the terrible state of the government and how it might negatively affect Opti, lots of hand-wringing and we still don't know if the new director gets a company car which might affect profitability in 2021.

Some people have gone to a lot of effort to talk down this share over recent weeks, we can't have you quoting things like 400% annual growth and staggering forward potential. Behave yourself.

It's strange how so close to the voting deadline that several apparently different contributors start posting every day to voice their disquiet.

It seems as though there is some conflicting opinion as to how one should vote.

If you have more than half a brain and you realise the reasons for the tight timescales (the clues are in the most recent RNSs), and appreciate that in terms of micro-cap placings this was pretty normal and all things considered the terms were fairly decent, I would suggest that you vote YES to both resolutions.

However if you have little understanding of the reasons for the placing, or you want to hinder the fundraise, maybe you're feeling a bit hurty about the placing and believe that you want to send a message to the board (you won't), then I would suggest that you sell all your shares first thing in the morning.

SOH has done little wrong in term of building the business. It's not his issue if a large holder decides to sell down, which is what's caused the recent slump in share price.

O'Hara has until now been famously reluctant to give any sort of guidance on earnings and revenue, so for him to state (before H2 is even half way through) that he expects all divisions to be profitable in the current financial year is not to be ignored.

Bottom line is it's an illiquid small market cap with only 88 million shares in issue, making it an ideal target for manipulation. The good news is that makes it go up as quickly as it goes down
