Check out those 2x 1.9m trades value 800k at 16.28. They must be buys, who in their right mind would sell, when a company is in T/O talks ( unless? )

Evening all, Today i went to buy a new washing machine ( a Zannussi ) as recommended by which magazine who rated it as overall best buy. So i went to currys and comet , both of whom told me they dont stock that particular model and could not get it. You would think that these major retailers would find out what which magazine is recommending and make sure its on their bloody shelves. To make matters even worse i then phoned Zanussi to find out who sells this machine and their customer services dept said sorry sir it is not our policy to reveal which retailers we do business with. In todays trading climate this beggars belief.

I think i will wait before i top up, have seen this happen so many times now when sp shoots up but then drops rapidly with profit taking.

thought it might be. i would of liked to have added more but i have alot of positions open at the moment. GTE might be worth a look, they had a fantastic trading update on monday, brokers see it as a buy with target of 54p, but it seems to have largely gone unoticed. I can only see upside with this share. If you get time i wouldnt mind your opinion. cheers.

im in, took advantage of price drop at end of day bought at 28.7, hopefully see a increase tomorrow.

but this has BIG potential, turnover 100% up, healthy forewwod order books for 2009, what more can anyone want in todays trading climate.

Hi GedW, thanks for the heads up on the AGU board, you may of course inadvertently forced an issue or two with the MMS board and its major stake holders, either way the cat is amongst the birds now. Seemed like mm was having trouble sourcing shares before close.
