ime not very good at day trading type stuff,ive tried it but usually get it the wrong way round,thats why i dont jump about az much az them lot,bottom feedings more my style..lol..it works 4me..... thats why i wouldnt do spread betting,it to fast ....

i took about half of mine out last week when lodan did,57p i think....im just going to leave the rest till ime happy with whatever price it gets to,70p will do me..... but i reckon it'll reach a quid in the year like siko sed last week..if all goes to plan
