I’m no expert on the vagaries of V price movement, but assume that the recent dip is due to the sell off of non-conforming Chinese steel stockpiles prior to the new regs kicking in and therefore less demand for V for production? Chinese price movements seems to have a knock on effect internationally. Is that too simplistic?

A very clear and straightforward presentation from CC in my view. He has an excellent grasp of detail. Seems to be a positive outlook, all things considered. He said that his intel indicates that V price will turn, and I infer that the turn will happen while we are still a going concern.

Absolutely not. Over the lifetime of the battery (which is how the ROI is calculated) the V price differential will not be significant.

I’m just a simple guy: Vanadium is critical metal. Only three companies produce the raw product, and BMN have 2 of the 4 production plants (soon to be just the one). Everybody else extracts it from sl*g. All of the primary producers are suffering from low prices, quite possibly manipulated by the Chinese to drive the Westerners out of business (sorry, just my opinion). So to some extent, this becomes a strategic metal. Strategic materials will not fail. You might not be able to turn a buck on this for the next year, but hold fast, our time will come.

Agreed HarChris. The Global strategy allows Invinity to reinforce success. They are de-risking by granting manufacturing licenses whilst retaining the patents and critical component supply. Australia looks really promising (nationally secured Vanadium electrolyte supply is a big plus) as does USA (Government buy in) and Taiwan (energy security). As an aside, I love the concept of the CFO doubling up as head of development. Will try and sell that novel concept!
