Katoro had to arrange finance by the end of June 20, they did not manage so Blyvoor can keep 100% of the project for themself why share it with Katoro. looks very suspicion, add to this LC record.

if you believe in the SK asset just invest in southern gold, the company makes profits and it even pays a dividend. BMV has no cash only one asset and its values £5m
