Rock bottom valuation for a first class operator. BASF, Slim's energy moves, BP board changes .... it all looks like the perfect storm. Someone is looking to take HBR over imo

I think BP will make a bid for HBR.

That makes them less vulnerable to a takeover

Hbr has valuable worldwide assets, especially in Latin America

Hbr must be very tempting for Slim, especially with increased OIP at the huge discovery next door
