Suspect this persuasive post of 1st May RNS, benefit's current holders - if SP moves ..... it's been stuck 'here' since 1 Apr! Don't buy for the dividend, it's not cost effective for newbies - eg, sell, and the spread wipe's out 'gain's, leaving a sourcing hole - IMHO, but DYOR

Hopefully no pleasant surprise ......? That, might suggest' knowledge being leaked .... would anyone be that obvious/ stupid ......... ? You can't claim to investigators, "I had high 'hope's'", spending that sort of money!! ....IMHO

Suspect had the '0'rdinary [PI?] sale of 23.5k shares left it 'til UT declared, he'd be +600 quid better off, if opting for an AC trade and getting 228.20 ie better than the nearby 'A'utomatic's ! Perhaps 600 is a 'spit in the ocean' if the deals worth 53k!

See example today of 'AT' trade at 'UT' SP on IMG board: 'UT' Red Sell price 209.30 [Ask 209.40] ........ 'AC' Buy at 209.30. Whilst not contradicting that, check the 'strange' post-close deal at 16.31, ie before the 'UT' price was struck at 1635 - an 'O'rdinary buy of 50k shares at 205p - Bid is 221, Ask 196 [yes 'reversed!!']? Can/ will anyone explain please?

Hi isbjorn......Thanks for the update .... relieved for you ..... 'inexplicable' delay with electronic banking, no 'excuse' given? Go for a sweetener, reason: was relying on funds to trade - lost opportunity! I used them[pre internet!], now just banking - 'n less satisfied lately !

after hour's, 'Ordinary' deal bought 4577 share's at 873.84pps, on ask of 846.5p - a 27p premium?? IF they opted for an AC trade they would have paid the UT price of 845, the SAME as the multiple after hours SELLERS - 'True' [previous example]!! IMHO

1. a monotone presentation of an 'expert's' transcript, by a 'non British accented, 'PR suit', seemingly unaware of it's written technicalities, tho' notably spoken without 'hesitatory' ahs, and errs! 2. a bewildering Q 'n' A session is available. The answers are in depth, "Um, err, urm ah, err, a, ah, if urm, you see what, a, a, ah, I mean, ..... " leaving the questioner/ listener with the difficult, nigh impossible task of picking out any 'nuts and bolts' from the hesitations !! Frankly, an unnecessary, potentially damaging exercise of ineptitude .. if the norm, 'mis-management' might apply it's brilliant forward thinking resources, at the PR level too!! So what did cause todays, post midday SP trajectory, other factors - UBC et al? All just IMHO

The article doesn't appear to have reached those part's ......... def rec viewing! IMHO PS, That the sale deadline extension to 2015 was the result of a certain astuteness in forecasting India's upcoming election, curiously went unmentioned in the tele conversation I less recently had with 'a director'! When mentioned the reply was words to the effect it was the sensible and only thing to do[I agreed], and no one had gainsaid the decision. Hopefully actions afar will eventually profit SPK ,,,, the clock is ticking !

Today a late deal from 0830 14 May, +1.1m share's 'changed' hands, 'av' value £55.68k. Not a great help to the 'future' question .... unless someone can ID the deal properly?
