Despite reporting financial losses[due to listing costs]positive outlook boost's share price Tues 23 and today Wed 24. Ask now 148; sell 145.
A 'much delayed' rise came the afternoon of the 9th June - 150 - 148. Few were able to maximise the top, pre opening on the 10 th. 26 sales went through as the price fell back, such that by the time the Stockmarket opened for business the price had fallen back to 142 - 139, closing at 140 - 36. That offer price has been petty much maintained since - only dropping to 138 - 135 on todays last sale [actual deal prices varied slightly].
Correcting date for performance related enhancement value of the Hollyport deal - delete: December 2014 insert; December 2015 My apologies
NB. A similar value IMO sale cancellation on 4 June, for 2 June transaction . . . £2.771m, sale price 1.20
IMO update; 3 June 130 - 134 9 June 148 - 150 NB. On 8th June a 'delayed -sale' dated 2 June was 'rescued'/ 'taken back'/ cancelled - £2.771m worth of shares 'sale price 1.20'! IMO 'lockdown' date is later this month. RNS dtd 21 Jan 15 read SPK, would 'actively manage them[holdings] where to do so would enhance shareholders interest'. Having sold-on a majority of it's investments, how/ whether this will apply to that remaining is unclear. SPK 3 June 3.25 - 3.75 9 June 3.75 - 4.00
IMO currently 124 - 121
The RNS dtd 21 Apr 15 noted that the portfolio value sold to Hollyport Secondary represented a 20% discount on the last valuation in Sep 14. Also noted was the lockup period following the IPO of Immimobile[IMO] ending 27 June 2015, and Spk commitment to invest only in remaining holdings, and actively manage them where to do so would enhance shareholder value. There is no update relating to ' a performance related enhanced value of the Hollyport deal as at 31 Dec 2014'. 'ATM'!
Are the three trades of 250K shares listed after close the same item and the result of a trade 'Hicc-up' or late info that persuaded the seller to change his mind, or this is just the trader 'squaring the book? See what tomorrow brings.
Gracious how time fly's ...... Spark have an agreed sale of . . " . . . most of it's remaining portfolio investments to Hollyport Secondary" for a performance related minimum of £3.7m, which may increase by 31 Dec 14. , [see Alliance News Apr '15, here] SPK retains its 17.8% share in IMImobile[IMO} currently 117 buy, 114 sell, and a 0,5% interest in Questor Venture Partnership. In Dec 14, IMI supplied the Indian Government's region of Karnataka with the 'Mobile One' sevice for 65m of the countries 953m mobile subscribers. See IMO RNS Dec '14 for much greater detail. In Sep '14 the BBC contracted IMO to provide its Da Vinci social platform to enable, 'BBC to streamline the process of managing multi channel audience participation'. See IMO RNS dtd Sep 14 for more detail. As per RNS outlined on last post dtd 3 Jul 14!!!!!! Spark's remaining investment in IMO at IPO price of £1.20, was £12.9m. It all seems exceedingly positive news . . . . and fallen on deaf media ears?

Sorry about the line distortion - trying to avoid it, made it worse - but its inherent in the board system!!
NO other posts since mine, 2 months ago! ........ 60 trades made since 12 May, none 'automatic'!! 31 buys less 2 retractions [ie 4 deals] = 27.....] 6 x 5 figures less than 15k[ave 8k], one other at 25K....................... ..................................................................................] ......Total 52 deals.................................................................................... 29 sells less 2 retractions[ie 4 deals] = 25......] 9 x 4 figures less than 6k[ave 3k], two others at 10k......................... Price paid ...... Max Buy 63.85 on 13 May ....... Min Buy 57.055 on 7 Jul....Current 62.00 ..........................Max Sell 61.00 on 13 May ........ Min Sell 49.01 ..on 2 Jul....Current 57.00 ONLY large deals, 2 x 100k deals within SECONDS of each other, first a sell, then a buy! DYOR, GLA
CM, a little more specifically, the 'few big sales around 11am', you mentioned, for the record, finalled totalled 4,606,030 at close, against a nominal buy total of 176.6k. Perhaps what you also saw as 'a slight price recovery since', was misidentifying late post's from the 10th July, done at yesterdays price of 41. But anyway as those deals were 2 x 50k bt and 100k cancelled, of no import! Any thoughts? A general loss of confidence, suggested by the FTSE, now - 6690, against last Fridays close of 6866!
From the RNS .......... SPK took 1/5th [20%] of it's 27% investment holding on IMO at the admission price of £1.20 = £3.2m - after costs[now in escrow less £100K possible tax demands ]. The remaining approx 17% is bound for 12 months[with exceptions] and equates to £12.9m if costed at the IPO admission price 120p, [if I read the RNS right]. How the 12 month restriction will play, and if it is cause for disenchantment ..............? Another 'obvious thing to do' or astuteness whichever, our management don't seem to have many 'followers' based on trading here[see last post] since IMO listed! I mentioned before the imponderables of 'selling', patience being a necessary quality. 'IMO' SP continues to rise on low volumes, currently bid[sell] price 132p, [buy 135p].
Really! ECK have joined 12 other LSE boards [out of circa 17 'sufferers']. from whom a certain 'one liner' has been evicted as 'personna non grata'. The remaining 4 are either slow learners, or have greater tolerance levels!
Seems your hopes were not shared by other PI's on either Tuesday or Wednesday[today], 1 million shares being sold each day - NONE were bought!
... some 'surprise' ....... Does this count as an achievement .... ? That £200,000 funding for the V Charge project, is scarcely one directors annual salary, so it's not going far between them is it? From Torotrak site, quote John Fuller, Technical Director: " Our technology is forward looking, but our mindset is firmly grounded...... " Prophetic words .........he 'aint kidding!' Like us, I doubt Allison et al., are best pleased! PS I wonder if they would fair better in a brewery? Hmm! Not on balance!
GRAY colour trades- indicate mid priced deals. Over the period 17 - 25 June, they total 4.650,000 shares. NB. Gray trades are excluded from Day Totals, thus creating a misleading picture of share activity! Within the above period, defined trades - Red/ Blue - were: 5 sales totaling 2,019,050 shares and 9 buy's totalling 386,050 shares On the balance of probabilities, I conclude the gray trades were sells. 'Notably' NO Gray trades were dealt from pm 11th, til pm 17th. DYOR
