I have owned a decent amount of CNE shares for long time what a **** show by the directors in returning the money we were owed by the Indian government CNE were owed a lot more then the directors settled. I applied to tender half my holding at plus 5% average price and none were bought by the compony just looked at my holding all were returned back to me. what a very complicated way of returning excess capital I also own Aviva share and others where a special dividend is paid per share so simple. wonder who thought of this way to reward loyal holders. I'm out of this compony as soon as I can no faith in current CNE CEO.

been in 88e before took a small profit and got out. every hole they drill the RNS they release starts with encouraging results then few weeks later its a duster and constant dilution think why dave left

Thanks longtallsally I'm begging to think if we will ever get the fda approval I agree its an amazing device which will save millions of lives around the world I understand the delay approval due to covid .looking over the last few years so many research centres,lbs and hospitals gave amazing results for the agl device . The agl system is a device and not a medicine you put in your body I'm wondering if another usa company has similar device and the fda is taking a biased view towards a ua company

what are the implication of not taking any action and is that an option for investors and where would the sp settle after the tender offer is completed

hi guys I hold shares in CNE and never had a tender offer on an any shares I've held in the past . the CNE shares I hold are in an ISA . I don't understand this tender offer can anyone explain in layman's term . if I hold say 1000 shares and I tender all the share's will I be left with no shares if the offer is accepted by CNE and will not get a special dividend . does anyone have an idea as to best way to accept this offer at the current share price for CNE I am losing money looking to best maximise value from CNE . thanks guys for taking time to explain much appreciated I don't have an advisory account to ask anyone.

hi guys need help as my broker is useless . i have amryt shares in a nominee and an isa account my broker is saying i can not hold them when the list on the usa exchange but also not saying what i need to do with the shares .i have held these for very long time when they were listed as fastnet oil and gas. any thought much appreciated

I have been following this compony for about 8 years or more recently bought AGL in my ISA already in big profit. I waited until the compony trial data were positive as so many drugs and medical device companies fail or run out of many and i have been involved in a few of those. with so much positive data coming from so many trials and the fact that no invasive procedure needed to determine cancer and harvest the cells for individual therapy on so many different types of cancer and no other compony offering anything remotely as a good enough technology as AGL . I CANT SEE HOW F.D.A WOULD NOT GRANT THE LICENCE TO AGL . AGL WILL BECOME A WORLD BEATER ON ITS OWN OR BE TAKEN OVER AT MULTIPLE OF TODAYS PRICE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTED .
