I am moving house and purchasing a great deal of tiles and accessories.First call was Tops Tiles. BIG BIG MISTAKE.
Staff felt they were doing me a favour and were poorly trained.Could have been my approach so, I stayed in the shop and observed.Next customer was a lady. She needed help and advice.She was sent away in tears. I challenged the two staff but they were uninterested. I said ' look I am a shareholder of this Company and your service is unacceptable'. The
girl assistant said 'more fool you , I'm leaving tonight.' I wrote to head office.No response. Topps Tiles needs a Managing Director. I sold my shares knowing what todays results and excuses would be. SELL SELL SELL
