i started my comment with suggesting a look at the sp graph it does show relatively steady rise then a rather spectacular period.
Just my opinoin, not looking to argue and I am not interested in giving tips to you or the "us" you refer to....
It's worth having a look at the pre covid sp graph. This was nothing spectacular, a steady share price increase from £1 in 2010 to around £5.80 Jan 20 before the Covid Bomb. A massive spike up to £15 by November 21 has left a few holders treading water.
Will it recover to £15 again, I don't know but I do think it will be a whole lot more settled and slow rise- unless we get another Black Swan event then it could be S@@t or bust!

I do hope some of the locals are doing well out of the construction and they continue to do so for many years once the mine is operational.
