Google Guyana Exxon oil production. That has been classed as rapid from discovery of oil to selling it. I suppose it really depends on how much money you have to throw at it....
Tiburn. I served as a Paratrooper/Commando with the Royal Engineers giving support to Airborne and Commando Brigades. I hasten to add there’s a lot of difference between assisting the Para Regiments and being a member of one of them although we all done the same course I can safely say Royal Engineers were more amiable company than the average Para! The winged horse along with a Commando dagger were our Recce Troop emblem. I was just a young recruit during the Falklands Conflict so I missed that one. If we ever meet up we can pull up a sandbag and I’ll tell you about the odd one I didn’t miss out on. Take care.

Rob, I forgot about Brave Davis (Perry's legal partner?) Bpc's contracts have the Bahamian's best legal and political minds written all over them since the beginning! How could the be brought up for questioning a month before the drill? Madness.

Jim, If the BOD/Gvt were not expecting a few grenades they want their butts kicked. The dissenters will be dissenting for decades if BPC find what they are looking for and I expect the legalities are watertight. I do recall the former Prime Minister Perry Christies firm being used a few years back to define some legal contract questions so I'd expect it to be "battened down" along with Senator Jo Beth Colby keeping an eye on the paperwork. I have no concerns.
