We are paying their wages so that should be sufficient for now, if not, they could always buy some BPC shares and enjoy the profits should they fulfill our dreams.

SMT have the option to sell some, all or retain some or all of their shares.
I suppose it depends on what SMT thinks about the Co.s future growth prospects. They held and still hold a lot of Tesla.
