Despite not being named as a party to the case, BPC has decided to leave nothing to chance by filing a mountain of legal papers with the Supreme Court as it seeks to intervene and protect its rights as an interested party in the outcome.

The case is against the Government not BPC. I'd guess on Potter having the equivalent of the whole of the LA Law cast standing by at considerable cost to QC Smith and Co.

I was hoping for a market cap of around £250 mill on the run up to results. That will give us an sp of around 5.6p (subject to any further dilution) I suppose we have up to 60 days to achieve that so all hope is not lost.
We need an improving oil price, improving Covid situation, plenty of hype and ramping then we might start moving in the right direction.

I don't think even the most pessimistic long or short term holder expected this to occur. Sub 3p on spud and dropping.

I am extremely pro BPC after 11 years and 10 months of holding these dreadful shares I would like to have some fun. 12p is my 6 month target, some on here thought we would have surpassed it by now whilst I kept advising to ignore the sp and look at the market cap.
