You are probably the largest shareholder here and to that end you will have suffered the most with paper loses, yet you are all to aware that Wres could go either way, and if it does eventually come good it is going to take years to get your stake money back.

My point is the mkt didn't think it was a excellent Rns, as the price fell !

Remind us how did the SP react to that excellent news/rns ?

So you are saying you don't believe the figures for production and revenue for the first 6 months of 2020, that Wres themselves with their accountant's and nomad put on the Rns ?

Just over 1m Euros revenue.

Why is Ebitda even being mentioned, they are so far away from anywhere close.
Look at the figures from the last 6 months, they don't stack up.
Revenue was just over 1m euro.
Take off the 64tons of tin @ $18,000 x 0.82 = 944,640 Euro.
That leaves around 60,000 Euro income from the 106 tons of Tungsten produced for 6 months of the year.

If that being the case he would have to be holding around 875,000,000m shares !!
I don't see anyone apart from MM holding anywhere near that number, or are you saying the guy has not issued a TR form saying he is holding over 3%.
But if you mean your friend has spent a £1m buying the shares , and now they are only worth a small percentage of that figure , then he wont be a happy bunny.

There can be only 1 person that has £1m plus in Wres, and that is MM himself.
