Reading between the lines, MM is saying they need the better grades at Regua to compliment LP, and by the way they are borrowing money left right and centre it looks like LP will not be profitable as a stand alone mine.

Are you getting mixed up with ebitda and a P/E ?

Think about it, if they only produce 50% of the expected production, how can you expect to make 50% of the ebitda ?
They still have 100% of the costs associated with the production.
