The fact that the trade was printed after hours means it could have been filled at any time of the day.
So as I said previous , first thing in the morning the ask was 12.5p which means they could have got 12.25p for a large sell

I would expect the 1m trade is a sell, you could sell at 12.5p early in the morning.
Probably placing shares getting sold for a quick profit.

I don't think the BOD will buy at the moment, they will probably wait for the placing after the consolidation is done and dusted.
MM would have rather done placings than taking money from Atlas, but at the price the sp is trading at I don't think that would have been a option.
I have been in a few shares over the years that have had consolidations, and mostly the sp has drifted down shortly after, probably because there was the expedition of a placing.

The 70m was at mid price, so it could be a buy or a sell.
The fact that the sp fell within the first few minutes after the bell, points to a sell, you don't sell 70m immediately so it could have taken 30 mins to fill the order, the price drop then attracted buying.

Do you think he would have envisaged having around $60m debt when he said 100 tons would be breakeven ?
The $7m a year interest will put that 100 tons a month up considerably.

There is a lot of unknows , but if I had to put a rough figure, I would say they need to be producing around 140-150 tons per month to break even.

I find it laughable that MM himself said that they had produced 40 tons in the last 2 months, and now the chat on here is Wres
will be producing 120 tons a month !
I must have missed something.
If there was even a hint that they are near to breakeven then MM would have been shouting from the roof tops, give it another 6 months at least.

Beef prices are the highest that I can remember, milk prices are good also, and we are still getting the subsidies.
And most of my shares have been doing well.

That is one of the reasons why my feed prices are more expensive.
