Troajan, out of interest what is the debt of ATM ?
At a guess it will be smaller if any, and if there is any then like most companies they would be paying the interest and even ( dare i say it ) the capital back.

So i would throw your theory of Wres's Mcap being the same as Atm, right out of the window.
