Why didn’t the RNS state Alastair as being ‘interim’ Executive Chair or specify that he would be Executive Chair until a new CEO is appointed…. Just thinking out aloud.

In my opinion, this is standard and coverage the bases with the CEO departure. As the Chair mentioned, they will commence CEO recruitment once we have results which he himself had said were expected before Anne leaves so we can’t be far off at all.

Can someone think of another share that has been diluted like this one? The Board needs to be removed immediately. Enough is enough.

You’re entitled to ask questions and absolutely not terrified by your questioning; in face it’s extremely valuable to have a contrary view/questioning mind. Some people on here are too defensive. I’ve bought a large quantity of shares recently and I’m excited by the future potential. I love the diversity of the projects and I’m impressed by Memon. Her background makes her well suited to the role. She was the ex Chair of the Sindh Board of Investment and has years of experience of negotiating with provincial and central government stakeholders as well as relationships in China - that is key here for this region and she has that. Appointing the former Chief Scientist from AFC Energy (£400m mcap) is a shrewd move too. Very hopeful for the future but will question along the way.

DamayHill you could have put these questions to the CEO for the Q&A that was just published. Ps what was your the basis of your investment here?

I’ve done my bit and bought c.1.5m shares this morning.

Was a bit worried about the financing because there was an article stating Oracle would be responsible for the funding of the hydrogen plant with China providing feasibility support etc... however there is so much going on here on many fronts too. I’m also drawn to the fact that some decent names including the CEO have skin in the game.

How is it possible for such a difference in market cap (ie worth of a company) on two different exchanges? Is it down to the number of shares attributed to the different exchanges? Just trying to get my head around the difference.

...And this should absolutely fly. The potential here is amazing. Gas prices continue to rise and will likely to continue to rise all winter.

Surely this is a t/o target once the SFO stuff clears very shortly and particularly if the s/p remains under 300. DYOR and I have nothing to say there is a bid in the background, but I would be amazed if something doesn't come out of the woodworks...

I hear (and share) your frustration MrCarats but these results reinforce my belief in holding... We know a re-rate is due. When this will properly happens depends on our seller but overall would much rather be in than out!
