Miller I know where you're coming from. For such a long time, this share has been a traders dream and a long term holders nightmare! Always Jam tomorrow. I've learnt the hard way, when the pieman says buy, the cryptic message has always been sell! What the Fock is that RNS all about. Does it mean that Pi's here and now, get the chance to participate in any fundraisings that get the company profitable. Later on when all done, bondholders can jump in and dilute the Fock out of Pi's who took all the pain.

Personally I would rather JAY share price kept climbing, it would add credibility to their project and make Alba look even more of a bargain.

Going by the latest Align research report, (part Two) we could get Greenland (TBS) news as early as September .

Been keeping an eye on the Bluejay share price, since that famous article recommended selling JAY and buy Alba.
It's been ticking down slowly ever since. Today they dropped below 20p (over 7%) JAY holders know all about the article (the prophecy seems to be playing out) and most likely are keeping an eye on the Alba share price. Could a few selling JAY be thinking about buying in here?

The letter talks about alleviating earthquake fears in surrey, apparently there is 200 to 300 quakes in the british isles every year, most undetectable except by seismographs, apparently the ones in surrey were classed as micro earthquakes, no evidence of conventional oil drilling, has/can make them happen

The normal people fight back against the vocal and ill informed minority who want the world the way they want it and won’t listen to truth or reality. Interesting letter I’ve been sent. The UK has had earthquakes big and small (up to nearly 6 on the RS) since it was formed.

Nothing much of interest ff, just a bit of a ramp.

It made the buying price drop from 85 to 81 very strange!!!

PE now 0.9, Lol, just had a micro top up, 734 at 81, MM taking the price down on miniscule sell of 83, more buying than selling this morning and the price drops!!! MM taking it down on sentiment.

CofE, The biggest plus for me would be very early retirement, being able to enjoy more leisure time. I like playing Golf and Tennis, as well as other sports. Having financial security takes a lot of stress out of life. That's enough for me.

Yes Yanis i agree, I don't like the way MM mark things up, it will only catch out the new investors buying in at the open. Most likely they will open the spread for buying but keep it the same to sell, then later close the spread to make it look like it's going down.

Nice holding you have there yanis, think you may end up very rich man if the next zone delivers like the first. I don't go all in on one share anymore, have been wiped out in the past and had to start again from scratch. Now I spread my money about, but still like the high risk high reward plays. I'm thinking more info from HH, I think the short term well test numbers were held back, so to be timed for the weekend press. So we may be due some sort of medium or pressure type of measurement of oil flow before the optimum is established. Don't think it's long before we are done testing the first zone, about a week to go maybe?

I'm also thinking the Gold mine, maybe news on completion/closing the deal, or permits granted for extraction!

LOL, No I'm 6 feet 1, was out late last night, hence the late post, came in around 2pm, grabbed a beer from the fridge and checked up on the posts from the Alba BB, (I'm holding a lot of Alba) as it was an exciting day over there.

CC, Once upon a time it was granted planning permission for an amusement/theme park, that made the land worth a lot of money. Unfortunately due to local people strongly objecting after permission was granted. It was taken away.
From what I understand, no RNS has been issued since, stating/confirming planning permission has been re-applied for or granted for anything. There was talk in a GF interview about applying for planning to build retirement homes. That was the hope, if we retained the land.

CC, To be honest, what I'm not sure about! Is the land really worth fighting for?

1st you have to consider it has no planning permission, also will planning ever be granted? History suggests the locals have not been very obliging in that respect. I'm told, in Italy, hands need to be greased to get things done, so always hope.

2nd It was put in the shop window and there was only one bid of the minimum amount, would that be because no one else (apart from CLP) thinks it has any value. Fact of the matter, it was looked at, then put on the market with virtually no interest.

3rd Why was the statement: "The Company will not be bidding in the auction" put in the RNS. If CLP wanted the land so much, why did we not put in a bid just above the minimum amount, then paid the expenses. Might have been cheaper than litigation.

Maldives, It maybe this, dilution further down the line.
