Well Timmit, I've been wrong many times before, but how I read it is: Bond holders holding 9,9 Mil euros of debt, can convert at 125% less than the average share price over 10 days, so to me, that means if the conversion was to take place when/if CLP share price was trading at 1.25p, bond holders can convert their 9.9 mil euros at 0.50p. Also not more than 500% above 1.25p, so that would mean 9.9 mil, converting at 6.25p, meaning much less dilution.
