Yes deemule, there was talk from RBD about selling Victory by the year end, (can't remember from where) suppose it's dependant on what price is offered! ether way, Victory looks like it's worth a bob or two, would be nice to get an update on values and what they plan to do about Victory

pesky, the 450% was a snippet (copy and paste) from the article in the link, maybe they were measuring and comparing highs and lows, I don't really know, whatever the measure Gas has gone up a lot.

Looks like our 50% investment In the Victory gas field has increased substantially, perhaps we should fast track it's development, or sell it on quite soon!

If the price of gas was extremely low at this moment in time it would act as a guide and have an impact on the selling price of gas in the future, the effect would be the same the other way round, that's why we have a traded futures market for gas/oil that constantly changes, you would also need to add in many variables that would effect the future price.
No one would be very interested in buying a gas field that would not be coming on stream for a few years if the gas price was looking bleak, on the other hand if gas prices to some were looking like going even higher, buying a gas field now at current prices could be a very attractive proposition

How the hell did they get institutions to pony up 24 million @ 0.9 if there was no oil to be seen? Why did Rathlin not convert there remaining % of WN into RBD shares and cash in if there was no oil? At the very least WN is a gas find!

Buyers picking up UJO stock, would suggest it's not EWT insiders at play, I think the selling has been profit taking from the last fund raise.
