Not so sure they would want to take all of EOG privet like EDR, most likely they are only interested in the Wressle oilfield. But you never know.

The problem with doing that, it would push the price up, so then making the offer would not look so attractive.

Petrichor has demonstrated with cash what they are willing to pay for 30% of the Wressle oilfield.

I very much doubt they will just ignore the 30% we have at this low price, most likely they will make an offer to EOG for it's 30% once the EDR take over is complete. In my opinion.

Petrichor are probably buying EOG shares right now, slowly building a position, If they like Wressle, It would make sense to buy more of it cheaper from EOG. Got to be some big cost savings getting hold of 60%

What will happen when cash is 3/4 or 100% of the M-cap, we will be a sitting duck for a take over, In all honesty I'm grateful I can keep topping up at this low price. The Reward will come to those with patience.

Yes, it happens with a lot of AIM shares, (but not always) last 5 minutes of play the spread gets closer on the buy side, I've been buying small amounts here for a long time, so always like to get the best deal for money, even £2 better off with the spread makes me feel better, It's not so much the amount, It's playing the game right the matters to me.

Now that Egdon has been snapped up, Europa M-cap will need to rise or it will be next.

Will Petrichor still be allowed to buy more shares off the MM now that an offer is on the table, would seem logical to snap up as many as they can below the offer price!

Europa (EOG) still got 30% WN, with their low M Cap maybe they will be the next take-over target.

Have noticed the spread seems to get wider around the middle of the day.

Early morning and last 5 minutes seem to be the best time to buy.

Maybe one or two MM shut shop around 11am then open last thing, Don't really know, just guessing.
