No it wasn't me who spotted the trademark applications. Momelotinib is presumably the name under which it will be marketed so it seems likely that the new applications would be SRA737 related.

Given Stephen Dilly's $7m golden hello presumably ii's will want to see some real and substantive action very soon!

Is there a defined date for the return of SRA373 should Sierra not continue with the clinical development plan? Does the CRT/CRUK have any influence over the progress of SR737 and what timeframe is considered reasonable to get this moving? Can the program be brought back in house?

The licence agreement is between the Cancer Research Technology Pioneer Fund (“CPF”) (acting as the manager for CRT and ICR) and Sierra. Any decision to return, and under what terms, if any, such a return might take place, is for CPF to negotiate or enforce .

Are we potentially looking at a similar sized deal for SRA737, which is further advanced?

It would be good if the Sareum website could be updated to reflect the information from the presentation last Friday....no rush.

A question that could have been usefully asked on Friday is, given the catastrophic impact on the world economy of C19 and the absolute imperative to identify effective treatments what is the shortest possible timeframe for 1801/2 to get through the various developmental stages to the point where patients are receiving treatment? Given also the apparently potentially unique efficacy of 1801/2 in being effective against the impact of the cytokine storm, ensuing bacterial pneumonia and other viral infection infections will the grants applications propose fast track approval/s?

Will you please provide details of the role of SAR-20347 in the above referenced paper which concludes: 'Taken together, IL-15 can inhibit the adipogesis of FAPs while promote the muscular regeneration by stimulating the proliferation of FAPs. Our study further uncovers a new evidence how FAPs were regulated by the changes of microenvironment. In addition, due to the effect on prevention of fatty infiltration and promoting the myogenesis, IL-15 can be a candidate for therapy indicated for muscle degenerative disorders'.
Have these findings been reported by Sareum and if not, why not?
What is the current status of this molecule?

2.Re: SRA737 - In the August 2019 Trading Statment it was stated that 'We continue to believe, based on the very promising clinical data that has been generated to-date, that Sierra should have EVERY CHANCE of finding a suitable solution to progress the development of SRA737,....'
1. Given that in the Proactive Investors interview on 12 August 2020 Dr Mitchell stated words to the effect that the only information available to Sareum regarding the progress of SRA737 was that in the public domain, do you still consider that SRA737 will be progressed by Sierra Oncology to the point where milestones are triggered and on what information do you base that assumption?
2. If no to the above, do you anticipate that SRA737 will revert to CRT/ICR/Sareum under the terms of the agreement between CRT/Pronai/Sierra and if so, in what timeframe?

It is simply not credible that Tim's only source of info re 737 is what Sierra publish!

Brighty - totally agree, however all pleading for a professional approach to comms fall on deaf ears.
Note that the RNS states 'Continue and advance INITIAL DISCUSSIONS with potential partners .....'. Initial discussions have allegedly been ongoing for years! Proactive Investors tweet states 'Sareum continues discussions with potential licensees...' Perhaps if Tim is interviewed again it will become clearer....or not.

Key question: how close to ‘late pre-clinical’ are 1801 and 1802?

As noted on Stocktwits, Sierra are currently advertising for 2 positions, Director Biometrics and Vice President Pharmacovigilance. Given that they are still recruiting for the Momly trial and are still 12/18 months from conclusion, could these be SRA737 related?
