As others have already said this AGM was qualitatively more solid and robust than previous years. Initial nerves understandable and soon overtaken by direct responses to direct and probing questions. Clearly Tim, John and Stephen are energetically and laser focussed on positively addressing the CTA issues and progressing at pace into clinic.
Really reassuring to hear that Stephen has already received a number of approaches from large Pharmas re SRA737 and sounds like this will be progressed without delay. Remains to be seen whether Sareum raise funds to buy out CPF's share and then licence or on-licence in partnership with CPF? Either way it seems likely that significant funds could be landing in Sareum's coffers in the foreseeable.

CRUK state: Early phase, or phase I and phase II, trials are the first step in testing new medicines that have been developed in the lab.
Whether Sareum has the wit and wherewithal to take trials beyond phase 1b remains to be seen.

Hi Potnak - where does ‘early clinical’ end and mid or late phase trials start? Given that the strategy is late preclinical or early clinical licensing/partnering.

Reminder re John's IMC response re allosteric vs catalytic inhibitors:
Deucravacitinib, the allosteric TYK2 inhibitor from BMS, looks to be working well in the clinic with a good safety profile. Allosteric inhibition is a very selective method for inhibiting TYK2 only. Where we're hoping there will be an advantage with our molecule (SDC-1801) is with its additional JAK1 inhibition in addition to TYK2. This is important in inhibiting the interferon alpha pathway and other JAK1 dependent pathways.
Allosteric inhibition is proving to be a good way to inhibit TYK2 only, and there are several allosteric TYK2 inhibitors in the clinic in addition to deucravacitinib, although it's hard to see how these will be able to differentiate themselves from deucravacitinib.
We're differentiated from these with out additional JAK1 activity which we think has the potential to give us additional efficacy advantages.

Potnak - I take your point re releasing info how we the AGM statement is released as an RNS before the AGM so could include new information, no?

The AGM Statement next Friday will arguably be the most important and pivotal opportunity in Sareum's evolution to regain investor confidence....or not.

An RNS announcing a board restructure focused on commercialisation of the assets would be welcome. As a starter Tim to move sideways to concentrate on the science, Stephen to take an executive chair role and serious consideration to identifying a full time director with current commercial experience, market credibility and presence, to drive through deal making. The current status quo simply can’t continue. Oh, and by the way, why has the appointment of an investor relations lead not been publicised? A contradiction if ever there was one!

Plenty of scope for SRA737 to feature somewhere in the equation.

This refers to a patent which describes solid and crystalline forms of a TYK2 inhibitor and was published on 14 October 2021, and noted in Sareum's FY results on 25 October 2021. This type of patent is standard pharmaceutical industry practice and an important step to fully protect the intellectual property surrounding the Company’s research programmes and to extend the life span of its patent portfolio. Since the patent is part of our published IP portfolio, it is included in the list of IP we present to potential partners.

Data from the 259 patients dosed in the study showed that NDI-034858 achieved the study’s primary efficacy endpoint, with a statistically significant greater proportion of patients reaching PASI-75 (a 75% improvement in skin lesions as measured by the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) compared to placebo at 12 weeks.
