We now have a highly experienced and very credible IR/Comms specialist on board and the Trading Statement should provide the material to get Sareum in the limelight!!

Hi RMM and once again, many thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree that 737 is the near term unknown and am frankly surprised that news on that front is taking so long given that the GSK/ Sierra deal was done and dusted in just over 2 months, allegedly. I suppose the scale of any deal will determine where we end up….if the deal is disappointing in terms of value to Sareum it could be counterproductive. I guess we’re also picking up 27.5% of the tab for the costs of getting a deal done.

Thanks SCHeckler, certainly no intention to belittle anyone’s efforts or question attempts to get to the ‘truth’, just being pragmatic based on experience…it will drive you nuts!!

Given that the trials are progressing in Oz, all talk of what the MHRA did or did not do or say is an entirely irrelevant and unhelpful distraction.

The mid year report (22 March) notes:

“ Following the return of SRA737 by CPF, we will evaluate the potential for future development opportunities. While it is too early to comment on future strategy, we continue to believe that there is strong potential for this molecule in 'hard-to-treat' cancers.”

Three months down the track and following completion of due diligence, presumably by now the future strategy has been agreed and is being energetically progressed.

Citizen79 - very interesting …..if there’s even the feintest chance that 1801/2 could be efficacious in Alzheimers one would expect big Pharma to be clawing at the door in Pamisford!
