I voted for change this morning for all the reasons already posted. The Board's comment "Two of the Proposed Directors have a track record of significant value reduction" is a brazen cheek in light of its own performance - unless a 75% reduction in the share price is not seen as significant.
Noting all the anti Persi posts, he has called the continued fall in the share price correctly for quite a long time now. What chance Victory? Look at Cambo, now having to be “re-assessed” after Shell pulled out with virtue signalling but no doubt in part due to the political hurdles. Even Wee Krankie was agin it, which sets the direction of travel for future hydrocarbon developments off Scotland. I have written off my gamble (can’t call it an investment) in RBD, but am not bothering to sell, so even an eventual price of 0.01 p would be a bonus. GLA.
The Army Corps has to approve a permit to fill in part of the marsh for drilling Grizzly Island. This could take a while:

If you are so sure of all of this a result of your research, why are you invested here?
If not invested, why are you posting ?
Sain, what is your agenda here ? No doubt like a lot of others I bought into RLE at + 50p but I’m not getting all bent out of shape about the effects of a pandemic that no-one could have forecast last year. C’est la vie. Hoping for recovery one of these days and meantime I’m thankful that the dividend continues to be paid for the time being. Stay safe all.
For what it's worth, China appears to have loosened the ban on Australian Coal. Bloomberg reports that 4 bulk carriers are discharging Australian coal at two different Chinese ports.
Persi - that was a good spot. Chapeau. My guess is that you know the answer as well as the rest of us:
That the clues lie in the balance sheets filed for the year ending 31Oct 19.
That this filing was just after the year ending 31 Oct 20.
That the bean counters will have drawn up their trial balance for this year.
That a 3 month reporting period is unusually short.
That a significant announcement from Corallion can be expected between now and, say, end Feb 21.
BUT Corallion is small potatoes in the RBD scheme of things, so let it not distract us from WN.
