nobody is disputing any sales above 1.5
Only your (thread) opening statement, "holding over 1.2m shares - can sell the lot"
I couldn't shift 75,000 in one go at less than 1.5 sp lol
I COULDN'T sell my 75,000 all in one go earlier. Had to break them up into 25,000 chunks.
Don't know how you can claim to be able to sell 1.2 million all in one go lol?
The 'purchase price' you are talking about is probably only the buy price at the time these shares arrived in your account. I assume you only paid/were charged at 5p per share?
Just take a note of your PrimaryBid buy price, for when you need it for working out out your CGT bill (at some point in the future)
What does Michael Walters say?
Thinking of SYME's business as like a pawnbrokers is a good basic view of what it does. There's obviously major technical differences, like we don't actually hand out our own money, nor do we hold possession of the 'pawned' items, and nor have we lent monies against an actual asset - the assets (inventories) are actually sold then re-bought at a later date.
